Registration

All of our services are FREE for newcomers and immigrants living in the Okanagan.
To begin registration, drop-in during our operating hours and make sure you bring the following:

Permanent Resident Card
Landing Document (IMM 1000 or 5292 or 5688)
Citizenship Certificate
PNP Approval Letter
Live-In Caregiver Worker Visa

Also, please bring one government issues photo ID

Driver’s License
Passport (Canadian or Foreign)
British Columbia ID

When Can You Register?

Hours Of Operations
Monday – Wednesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am-7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-1:00pm

Identify Needs and Access Services

During your first intake, we will assess your needs whether its language, settlement, Community Connections, or employment and send a referral for your first appointment, depending on your need.

After Registration

After your first registration is done, to book any future appointments or to register for any workshops/classes, please contact our office either by phone or email.
